Friendly and helpful staff who have twice gone beyond their duties to help me.

Josh and all his Team at Williams Estates Prestatyn Branch , second to None , first class service, sold our property and everything was done for us, with weekly updates right through to completion. *****

Bought a property through Williams Estates. Superb communication and support through the process. Very considerate toward the fact we are overseas and Ashleigh always addressed our questions and queries with understanding and kindness.

Very friendly and professional, quick and clear communication, avoiding confusion, which as a first-time buyer was very handy.

From the initial valuation to putting the house up for sale the Mold team of Williams Estates were like a well oiled machine.

I got a viewing of a flat for sale in Rhyl on the day I was visiting from Chester. Very well run and professional estate agents, recommended. Have a look at all the properties for sale in the window while walking from the train/bus station to the front.
