At the traffic lights with the A5 turn right in the direction of Cerrigydrudion and continue past the Rhug Estate and after 2 miles and on reaching the traffic lights continue straight ahead. On reaching The Goat Inn at Maerdy turn right signposted Betws Gwerfil Goch and follow the road to the village. Proceed over the river bridge and upon entering the village take the first right after the phone box/just before the post box. Continue down this road and follow the road round to your left and the property will be found on your left hand side.
