Equivalent to one full month’s rent ( £495 inc VAT min fee) payable where the tenant is introduced through the Agent

Letting and Rent Collection Service

£395 (inc VAT) set up fee payable on successful introduction of the tenant through the Agent with a fee of 6% (inc VAT) of the monthly rent agreed, deducted by the Agent

Full Management Service

£395 (inc VAT) set up fee payable where the tenant is introduced through the Agent and 11.5% (inc VAT) of the monthly rent agreed, deducted by the Agent

In addition to these services we lodge deposit, contact utilities on check in and check out, endeavour to arrange general maintenance repairs and safety certificates, visit the property and send periodic reports to the landlord
