Brand New - Social Distancing Valuation Tools

Developed as part of our COVID-19 strategy, we now offer an alternative to a face to face valuation so that you can get a more accurate valuation estimate of your home than by using an automated online valuation tool.

You are able upload photographs and fill out a brief form to give us all the information we need to produce a more accurate valuation. Many agents have closed their doors during this time, but we have the tools and technology in place to continue most of our business remotely.
